All the vibes of a retreat and more... A private retreat may be more affordable than you may think. Start a conversation and lets see where we can go! There are a few ways to make this happen so here are a few things to consider before our chat...
the space
Your private villa
A villa you are familiar with and would like to hire yourself
- for this option, you should consider if there is enough space indoors & out for your group to participate
A space you would like us to source for you
- let us know your requirements and group size and we will source and send you options
- we will not take any commission on the villa and you will book & pay directly to the venue
- there will be service fee included in your total retreat cost that is agreed upon ahead of time
The villa must have 1 private room for the teacher and where agreed, an assistant
catering
Self cater
- most of our clients self-cater and enjoy a mix of exploring surrounding restaurants to grabbing simple bites at the villa
Private chef
- you can bring a private chef or we can source a local chef for your group
- we can liaise with the chef to help create healthy, delicious meals
Chefs usually charge their per meal
They will carry about the food shopping & provide you with a bill that is separate from their fee
the vibe
Yoga retreat vs yoga holiday
A retreat is usually more chill
- more time to relax, sit by the pool, read a book, chat with friends
A holiday has more activities
- visiting sites, enjoying different activities, restaurants and bars
A typical schedule looks like this
07:30 - 08:00 Meditation & Breath
08:00 - 09:30. Asana Practice
09:30 - 10:30. Breakfast
10:30 - 17:00 Morning break | Site Visits | Lunch | Relaxation
17:00 - 18:00 Evening Chill Practice
19:00 - end. Dinner & Bed time
There is no real fixed time. If the group requires longer practice, for example to try some new asana's, there is always time for more play!
the cost
Our fee starts from £1500 for 4 nights
- this is the base teaching fee
- travel cost of an economy flight ticket with baggage + all ground transfers will be added to this
- food cost will be added to this
- any extra time agreed in advance, spent to source or plan the retreat will be added to this
A typical total is around £2000
We are here for your practice needs but also for your enjoyment so let us know your requirements and we will work with local partners to help fulfil your needs to make this seamless and memorable. During your retreat, we will not participate in your meals and activities unless requested but we will (respectfully) enjoy your villa facilities unless it is not possible
