This year, my calendar has been abuzz with classes, trainings & events. I have literally taught my last class of the year on the last day of the year. As I look back on the year, my whole being vibrates with its fullness.
I appreciate you all for keeping me inspired, enthused, engaged & continually invited to share this practice with you.
2024 will forever hold a special place in my heart as the year I launched my teacher training program. It's been an incredible journey leading my own comprehensive training. This experience has been a profound reflection on myself, revealing both strengths and areas for growth – a truly positive challenge.
