ZAKYNTHOs
12 - 19 september 2026
Amidst these times, many of us feel a quiet yearning—for clarity, for groundedness, for a sense of inner steadiness that can meet life as it is. Retreats offer more than a pause. It is an intentional stepping away from relentless stimulation, creating the conditions for clarity to emerge. From this place, we can begin to listen more deeply, to refine our awareness, and to cultivate the wisdom needed to respond with greater care and intention. We gather not to escape the world, but to meet ourselves more honestly within it—to study our patterns, reconnect with what matters, and strengthen our inner compass. We believe that when institutions feel shaky, strength in community can soften these hard edges and transitions, & so we gather... The foundation of this philosophy is the growth of this collaboration - one that has been sitting as an idea for many years & we are so excited for its manifestation!

THE VENUE
Perched on a hillside above the open sea, Villa Vigla offers space, quiet, and perspective that you feel the moment you arrive. We stayed here last year, and through an inspired, energised conversation with the owner, Panos, an idea took form — one rooted in shared values of simplicity, care, and presence. From that meeting, this collaboration was born.
The villa is thoughtfully designed to support both togetherness and solitude, with separate, sea-facing villas that feel uncluttered, generous, and calm. Time here moves gently: mornings with expansive views, afternoons by the water or wandering to a nearby taverna, evenings held by sky and sea.
There is a subtle intelligence to the land — serene, alive, and deeply supportive of practice and reflection.
We’re excited to return to this space and share what has been carefully growing since that first visit.
September weather
September here is warm, & pleasant. Temperatures range around 20 - 28 C. There is plenty of sunshine and the sea is warm to swim in.
