The purpose of this immersion is to deliver a training program to new & existing teachers who are looking to include vinyasa or flow teaching to their portfolio.
It is also extended to existing vinyasa teachers who are looking to immerse in a week of practice and training to refresh, share or gain another perspective of vinyasa yoga.
Any seasoned practitioners who wish to develop a deeper understanding of vinyasa practice and the subtlety of the practice are also invited.
The course will cover:
Key elements of teaching and sequencing a vinyasa class
Basic Flow Sequencing, Krama Sequencing, Specialised Sequencing
How to create and deliver a beginners course & class
Refinement of asanas for all bodies
Assisting techniques- simple and safe hands on assist as a way of supporting
your students' experience
Cueing & developing vision, precision & sensitivity in the room
Practice labs where you will create sequences, teach & receive feedback
Our daily practice labs will give you the opportunity to observe & listen to teaching points, practice teaching in a flow and discuss any challenges or uncertainty. This time is akin to a group mentoring session.
My goal is that you leave the program with the confidence to teach a flow class if you are not already doing so. If extra support is needed, private mentoring sessions can be arranged.
You are also welcomed to join the community of teacher's that meet for teacher's practice- a great source of information and inspiration (even if you are not part of this course) Here, we aim to build long term support for each other's growth and love for teaching.
Teachers or *experienced practitioners
*you are only allowed to teach the general public if you already have an existing yoga teaching qualification
A written summary of your teaching / practice experience and your goals, with regards to participating in this immersion.
Your commitment for the week in exchange for mine.
Please ensure that you are able to commit to the whole program.

Julee’s Vinyasa Immersion Course was game changing for me, not only as a yoga teacher but also as a practitioner. The course gave me a new approach towards sequencing for vinyasa classes, building and layering towards either a peak pose, within a theme or particular physiological aspect. Julee’s love of yoga philosophy and story telling added even more to the weeks learning, coupled with daily practise, group workshops and teacher/student feedback. The course helped me gain confidence with how to sequence classes for different ability levels and also how to offer modifications and hands-on adjustments. A thoroughly insightful and well-structured course, led with enthusiasm and skill.
The vinyasa immersion is a week of yoga bubble time, exploring and learning about varied vinyasa in more depth, with time and space to enjoy daily practice for yourself, but also share and teach others. Julee’s teaching style is creative and unique but translates so well for a wide range of students. I’d highly recommend this immersion to develop and deepen your own practice or to further progress your teaching capabilities.
I joined Julee’s vinyasa immersion shortly after taking my 200hr YTT, wanting to add different styles of teaching to my classes.
Julee’s teaching & style is beautifully unique & throughout the course she shares her love & knowledge generously with the group.
We learnt to build sequences & create class plans, how to adapt & modify these to suit the students in our classes & how to build a sequence up to a peak pose or theme.
I hugely recommend this immersion to both new teachers & any teacher wanting to add a different dimension to their classes & teaching style.
Julee is an amazingly gifted teacher with a depth of knowledge, a huge heart & a big smile ❤️
Highly recommend the vinyasa immersion training with Julee. She is such an inspiration and her yoga knowledge and expertise is truly magical. Her way of teaching is gentle, supportive and friendly, yet so powerful. Totally in awe to be honest! I think this course is a must for all teachers. I have learnt so much, thank you Julee.
