Yoga & Spa Retreat
9th - 11th November 2018
Immerse in a quiet weekend of yoga & spa, in the idyllic seaside town of Bastad in the south of Sweden. You will stay in a 4 star spa hotel by the sea. Rooms are of high standard, typical of Swedish quality. During your stay, you will have unlimited access to the spa and gym. Treatments at this spa are amazing! There is also a bath house over the sea, where you can enjoy a typical Swedish sauna and a dip in the sea! Complimentary snacks and drinks are served all day at the cozy lounge. For dinner, you can enjoy typical Swedish cuisine in the elegant restaurant or a delicious vegetarian meal Come and experience this with us! If you are here for yoga, you will have plenty! There will be the usual two sessions a day: 2 hours in the morning and 90 minutes in the evening. We will also be teaching a workshop at the hotel which you are welcomed to join for free.
